    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also opt for bank transfer and send us the payment slip when payment done.

    Is COD available?
    We only accept payment before delivery as most of our orders are delivered directly to the recipient instead of the buyer, hence, COD is not available.

    I have encountered difficulties while trying to place order online.

    Can I change my delivery date?
    If you would like to make changes to your preferred delivery date of order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to make any necessary changes to your delivery date as long as the order has not yet been delivered or the order is not in the process of being delivered. Once your gift order has been processed and is in transit, we will be unable to make any changes to the order. You may request delivery date changes by email to us at booking@easyflower.my or WhatsApp (+6018-9874437) so that we can further assist you for this matter immediately.

    Are there any delivery fees or delivery charges?
    While placing your order, the delivery charges, if any, will be displayed together with the flower order prior checkout and before making the payment.

    I placed an order. Can I cancel it?
    Once a confirmed order has been made, the order becomes strictly non-cancellable. This is due to the perishable nature of most of the products and that some of the products are personalized. Only in rare and exceptional case, for example, the customer place the order one week in advance of the delivery date, and cancellation is made 3 days before delivery date. This may be subjected to a minimum handling fee of RM50 per order if cost has been incurred in preparing the flowers.

    Do you have ready-stock when I walk into your store?
    Our bouquets are freshly made upon every order made. We do not have walk-ins as buyes still need to view our menu on our website and buy from website.
